Finance and Insurance Manager

Our client is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and revenue-driven Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team in the Northlake Mall area of Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our sales team, financial institutions, and customers. You will lead the transition from vehicle selection to purchase completion by offering tailored auto financing options, extended service contracts, credit protection, and insurance products. If you have a proven track record in sales and an insurance background, this high-impact position offers a competitive compensation structure designed to reward your performance with overall compensation target 100K+.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Customer Presentations: Meet directly with buyers to present, negotiate, and finalize financing options, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and aftermarket protection packages.

Deal Structuring & Submissions: Evaluate customer credit profiles, prepare loan applications, and submit deals to lenders to secure competitive interest rates and approvals.

Insurance Integration: Leverage your insurance background to clearly explain coverage options, assist with binder transfers, and offer financial protection products.

Lender & Sales Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial partners. Work alongside sales consultants to streamline customer transitions.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure 100% adherence to federal, state (NC), and local regulations regarding vehicle sales, financial disclosures, and credit reporting.

Deal Processing & Funding: Ensure all contract paperwork, titles, and lender stipulations are accurately completed for rapid deal funding.
