Non-Standard Automobile Claims Supervisor - Insurance - Pineville, NC Insurance Claims Manager Claims Supervisor Team Leader Leadership Commercial Auto General Liability Automobile Insurance Commercial Claims Personal Bodily Injury Property Damage _ . Supervise team of adjusters handling both bodily injury and property damage claims arising out of Non-standard Automobile policies. Train adjusters on technical development of claim files. Coach team on coverage analysis, liability investigation, development and evaluation of damages, settlement strategies, and litigation management. Assign new claims to unit members based on complexity and skill set of staff. Oversee all aspects of claims handling including reserving, communication, documentation, litigation management, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement. Analyze and approve insurance claim payments. Ensure all claims eligible or ineligible for payment conform to quality, production standards, and specifications. Address complex appeals & complaints and prepare formal response to consumer complaints. Complete regular quality audits of work; record results; and counsel staff to address poor performance. Review and analyze processes, procedures, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement. Prepare periodic reports for management and monitor system reports to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. Monitor and relay changes in coverage and laws to staff.
