Key Responsibilities:

• Support the agency’s business goals through agreed-upon tasks and projects.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and contribute to business development.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Coursework or strong interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail.
