As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting insurance agents and helping customers while developing skills critical to a successful career in insurance and financial services. Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented intern to assist with administrative tasks and customer support. This role is perfect for a motivated student interested in insurance, financial services, marketing, or related fields who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build foundational skills for their future career. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the agency’s business goals through agreed-upon tasks and projects.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options.
- Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and contribute to business development.
- Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Coursework or strong interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Gain practical experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
- Develop professional skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
- Build valuable connections and open pathways to future career opportunities.
