International Tool & Manufacturing is adding a CNC mill machinist to a growing mill department. The shop does prototype work, milling to tolerances as tight as .0002", in materials that range from Inconel to unusual metals like molybdenum.
The shop has just brought in a new Smooth G 4th-axis mill and has more machines on the way, so this is a seat on newer equipment in a shop that is still expanding.
Machines and materials
- A new Smooth G 4th-axis mill
- Three Matrix 4th-axis mills, with more being added
- Materials from hard metals like Inconel to unusual metals like molybdenum
- Prototype work with milling tolerances down to .0002"
What we're looking forRequired
- An experienced, high-level CNC mill machinist who can handle tight-tolerance prototype work
Preferred
- Mazak experience is a plus, but it is not required
Pay, benefits and schedule
- Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 per year, possibly more depending on experience
