Location: Providence Dental Clinic, 751 Lombardi Court, Santa Rosa, CA 95407

Start Date: ASAP

End Date/Duration: Permanent

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (approx.)

Hours/week: 40 hours/week

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certifications: Licensed preferred; licensing-in-process considered

Experience: Mid-career level dentists with community or public health experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on pediatric patients
• Conduct patient exams, cleanings, X-rays, and simple extractions
• Assist low-income and vulnerable populations, including children aged 0-20, pregnant women, and patients with special needs
• Participate in mobile dental clinics traveling across Sonoma County to serve high-need communities
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of dentists, hygienists, and staff to deliver quality care
• Support clinic operations and patient education efforts
• Handle emergency adult dental cases as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Active dental license in California (preferred but not mandatory if in process)
• Mid-career experience in community clinics, rural hospitals, or FQHC settings
• Experience working with pediatric patients and underserved populations is highly desirable
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with special needs populations
• Interest in future leadership roles
• Training from accredited U.S. dental schools
