Qualifications:

• Valid general teaching endorsement required
• Must hold one of the following: Reading Endorsement, Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), or Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP)
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting students with dyslexia and reading challenges
• Experience working in elementary and/or high school settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and passion for educational growth

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based reading interventions to elementary and high school students diagnosed with dyslexia
• Assess student needs, develop individualized education plans, and monitor ongoing progress
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to create supportive learning environments
• Guide and train classroom teachers on effective strategies for students with dyslexia
• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with educational standards
• Engage actively with parents and caregivers on student progress and next steps

This onsite position offers a consistent workweek (37.5 hours) through the end of the school year, providing structure and stability for your professional journey. Work directly on two campuses, allowing you to impact a diverse group of learners.
