Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients across inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting tailored treatment plans.
• Implement effective physical therapy strategies to enhance mobility, strength, stability, and overall function.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team including nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes.
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise protocols.
• Accurately document evaluations, provided therapies, and progress in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure coherent and cohesive patient care.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or the equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is advantageous.
