Description

• Conduct assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise protocols

• Engage actively in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to promote seamless care coordination

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree obtained from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
