Technology Developer Graduate Program

Salary: $30,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for recent graduates or candidates who will graduate soon and can join our expert programme.
• We require a strong degree, or an expected degree completed before June 2027, with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• You should be able to code in at least one programming language.
• We value a genuine interest in technology and the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions.
• You should be motivated, curious, creative, and ambitious.
• For work visa or immigration sponsorship, eligibility is limited to candidates enrolled in or graduating with a STEM degree, as outlined in our policy.

• We will place you in our expert programme, a 1-2-year fast-track pathway that builds depth and breadth of experience.
• You will develop specialist technical expertise through tailored, job-based training from the start.
• You will design, develop, and improve software using a range of engineering methods.
• You will create high-quality software solutions with industry-standard languages, frameworks, and tools.
• You will ensure your code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and shape solution strategies.
• You will take part in code reviews and help foster a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• You will apply secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• You will implement unit testing to support code design, readability, and reliability.
• You will perform your work on time and to a high standard, while contributing to continuous improvement.
• You will take ownership of risk, strengthen controls, and work in line with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
