Our client, a wellestablished and growing organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their corporate finance team. This is a highly visible Accounting Manager role supporting consolidated reporting and enterprisewide accounting functions. This position offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Lead the monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee intercompany eliminations, equity, and corporate accounting activities
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analytics
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching and mentorship
• Partner crossfunctionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and external reporting teams
• Support audit activities and maintain strong internal controls

Ideal Background for the Accounting Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's or MBA preferred
• CPA required with 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience in public accounting and/or large public company environment
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate consolidations
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP and consolidation systems experience preferred
