Sales Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on hunting for new business, developing strategic partnerships, and turning opportunities into long-term customer relationships. If you have experience in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, consumer goods, food & beverage, or industrial sales , we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across North America
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and key decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing
• Grow existing accounts while uncovering new revenue opportunities
• Recommend innovative packaging solutions that address customer needs
• Represent Innovation Packaging Group at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
• Proven success generating new business and exceeding sales targets
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Experience selling packaging solutions is highly preferred
• Existing relationships within manufacturing, distribution, retail, logistics, food & beverage, or related industries is a major advantage
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada
