Overview: Highly motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Family Law Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal representation during some of the most challenging times in their lives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a consultative sales approach who can build trust, identify client needs, explain the firm's services, and confidently guide prospective clients through the hiring process.

Your primary responsibility is to convert qualified consultations into retained clients while providing an outstanding client experience.

Core Responsibilities: · Conduct consultations with prospective family law clients via phone, video, and in person. · Build rapport and establish trust with individuals facing divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, domestic violence, and other family law matters. · Evaluate each prospective client's legal needs and determine whether the firm is the right fit. · Clearly explain the firm's legal services, process, fee structures, and payment options. · Confidently overcome objections and guide qualified prospects toward retaining the firm. · Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-up activities within the firm's CRM. · Follow up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet retained the firm. · Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case onboarding. · Monitor conversion metrics and identify opportunities to improve the intake and sales process. · Deliver an exceptional client experience from the initial inquiry through retention. .
