We are looking for a transaction coordinator to support our real estate company. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including assisting with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and obtaining seller approval for offers and counteroffers. $41,500 - $52,000 yearly

• Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
• Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
• Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
• Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner

• Coordinate communication between agents, customers, and other parties regarding all settlement-related paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

• High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
