Dedicated, Resourceful, Integrity-Focused, Value-Based, Excelling, and Nourishing.Job SummaryOur Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Perform a variety of pavement maintenance tasks, including line striping, crack filling, and asphalt seal coating.Operate and maintain various equipment such as line stripers, crack filling machines, and asphalt sealcoaters.Work with a team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.Stay organized, maintain a safe, hazard-free, and clean work environment.Be flexible with hours as we grow our company.Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.Additional tasks as requiredQualificationsWhat You Bring:A Tennessee driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportationKnowledge of pavement maintenance techniques, materials, and equipment is beneficialAbility to read and interpret project plans and specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityYou are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solveYou understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detailAbility to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)Ability to work well independently unsupervisedPast experience with small engines (i.e. lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is helpfulStrong aptitude for technology stack is beneficialBenefits/PerksCompetitive wages with one of the fastest growing, industry disrupting companies in the USA challenging, fun atmosphere with a great teamTraining opportunities with advancement within the companyBenefits may be available after a probationary periodCompany purpose statement is "to provide our employees with a workplace that is considered a vehicle for personal and professional growth".
