Sales Director

My client is in the metal fabrication industry. Given how small that industry is relatively speaking, they are not hung up on the candidate coming out of this space. Key though is demonstrated experience with a client base that is probably B2B, short run manufacturing to the likes of real estate developers, architects, commercial real estate owners, landlords and property management companies. You'll be providing an executive presence to the sales team who are already performing in excess of target. Additionally, we need this person to take on some more general operations responsibilities and the title is going to be General Manager, this is an excellent career development role giving you the ability to move out of sales leadership into a more general leadership role. This an onsite role.
