Litigation Paralegal

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, DOE Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote), M-F, PST About the Opportunity A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Trial & Defense practice. This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong litigation, document review, and trial preparation experience. Responsibilities Manage and maintain active litigation matters from inception through trial Draft, update, and maintain case-tracking spreadsheets and litigation databases Conduct document review, organization, production, and privilege log preparation Assist with deposition preparation, exhibit management, and deposition summaries Prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, trial documents, and other litigation materials Review court dockets and electronic filing notifications Coordinate and maintain case files, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings Organize and manage large-volume document productions Qualifications Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience required Trial preparation experience required Document review experience required Experience with both California state and federal court filings required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with legal technology and willingness to learn new software Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor's degree Additional Information Annual billable requirement of 1,200 hours Additional incentive opportunities available for exceeding billable targets The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, parental leave, professional development programs, mentorship opportunities, employee referral bonuses, and additional wellness benefits.
