Now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a home-daily local grocery distribution account based in O'Fallon, MO. Deliver pre-loaded palletized refrigerated freight from a regional distribution center to retail grocery stores within about a 350-mile radius — averaging around 1,400 miles per week.
Pay: $30.50/hour plus $8 load pay and $13 stop pay. Drivers average $1,650-$1,725/week ($90,000/year).
Schedule: Home daily. Afternoon/night dispatch (3-10 PM). Weekend work required. Typically two days off between Monday and Thursday.
Bonus: $2,500 sign-on ($1,000 at 30 days, $1,500 at 90 days). $500 referral bonus.
Equipment: Late-model automatic day cabs.
Freight: Hands-on account — drivers unload freight at each store using an electric pallet jack and place pallets in designated locations. Strong customer-service skills matter. Refrigerated experience preferred; training provided.
Requirements: 23+, valid Class A CDL, minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, clean MVR/safety record. Must live within 40 miles of 63376 (O'Fallon, MO).
