Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring immediately for Assistant Managers to join our team! We are looking for full-time and part-time Assistant Managers for all shifts. As our Assistant Manager, you’ll never be bored.You’ll be responsible for making sure our restaurant runs smoothly. Perks: Competitive compensation

Flexible schedules Duties/Responsibilities: Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer and ensure customer satisfaction Interacts with crew members and customers using ‘Tropitude’ (Tropitude is our “mojo” and means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere). Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy Various other tasks as needed Previous experience as an assistant manager, store manager, restaurant manager, supervisor or in retail preferred, but not required! Those with experience at Amazon, Living Room Theaters, CMX Cinemas, Stoney Clover Lane, Burger King, West Marine, Citi Trends, Aldo or other restaurant/retail positions encouraged to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr Ontario Trillium Foundation
