Preferred qualifications Experience working with UX design, UX engineering, and UX research teams. Experience delivering complete project solutions within larger programs. Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) technologies. Experience thriving in a rapid paced environment. As a UX Program Manager, you will partner closely with the XR UX Engineer (UXE) and Developer UX leads, as well as UX, Cross‑functional (XFN) and Cross‑Product Area (XPA) leads, to build and drive programs that support experiences across the full spectrum of Android XR devices. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $132,000–$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Build and execute programs for XR UX in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Deliver complete project solutions within larger programs with minimal assistance. Align on UX priorities, resource allocation, and progress across teams. Collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives, anticipating issues and proposing solutions to address underlying problems.
