Clinic Director & Equity Partner (Licensed PT)

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) in North Carolina to lead a collaborative team, mentor clinicians, and shape a growing clinic. This role offers an Equity Partner path with strategic influence on location, culture, and patient experience.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus a Director bonus plan, equity, and relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits are provided.
