Float Nursing Assistant & Patient Safety Observer
Cone Health
Cone Health is seeking a CNA & Observer Float to deliver compassionate, hands-on care across multiple hospital units. In this role, you will support patient safety through continuous observation of high-risk patients, assist with activities of daily living, take vital signs, and promptly report changes in condition. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a culture focused on quality, inclusivity, and professional growth. As a float, you’ll gain diverse clinical experience while adapting to varied patient populations and workflows in a fast-paced, community-centered health system.
