Job Purpose: The Round Sling Operator will operate the round sling machine and assist in the fabrication and repair of synthetic lifting slings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and repair synthetic slings and assemblies
• Operate Round Sling Machine safely and efficiently
• Coordinate the production of orders with the Production Manager
• Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that fabricated items are Manufactured to BLP's quality standards
• Ensure that test samples of fabricated items are forwarded to the Production Manager as required
• Perform other functions as required

Job Requirements:

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Must be able to meet production demands and deadlines in a safe and timely manner
• Must be able to stand, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
