7 on/7 off block schedule
Day shifts only 7 am - 7 pm
No nights as APPs cover
Patient census 13 - 18
Team of 2 hospitalists and 2 APPs
Open ICU with intensivist support
Epic electronic medical records
Hospital-employed position
