Finance Analyst for AI Model Evaluation

This position offers a unique opportunity for finance experts to leverage their analytical skills and domain knowledge in collaboration with researchers to enhance the performance of AI models. You will apply your expertise in areas such as corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting, contributing to the advancement of AI systems without the need for prior AI experience.

• Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks and identify performance gaps.
• Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas, including deal analysis, M&A assessments, and investment scenarios.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Qualifications: CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred. Relevant on-job experience and training will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Commitment: Flexible, 10, 30 hours per week.
• Duration: Approximately 1 month, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
