Landscape Nursery Greenhouse Regional Operations Manager

Northern Nurseries is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, support business expansion, and strengthen our position as an industry leader. What You’ll Do As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to: Lead multi‑site operations – ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience Drive business results – maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in check Inspire and develop people – recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staff Champion compliance & safety – OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radar Oversee projects & capital investments – from equipment to land improvements, you’ll help move big ideas forward Deliver top‑tier customer service – resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the market Requirements 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi‑site management 5+ years of experience in the Landscape / Nursery / Horticulture field with a strong understanding of plants, materials, and products Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of OSHA, and DOT regulations Proven success in sales and operations management (horticulture experience a plus!)
