You'll oversee daily operations, guide technicians, and ensure every job meets our high standards. You'll manage budgets, control labor costs, and develop strategies to boost revenue. From providing technical support to recruiting top talent, your leadership will shape the success of our service team. You'll split your time between the field and the office, ensuring smooth operations, happy clients, and a motivated team.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in residential appliance service and repairs (Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch)Valid driver's license and a good driving recordExtensive experience in warranty work, safety, quality control, business development and customer careREADY TO JOIN OUR APPLIANCE REPAIR TEAM?Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact?
