Senior Account Representative

Managing a portfolio of accounts, the full-time Senior Account Representative will ensure accurate and timely claims submission, resolve payment discrepancies, and mentor staff while working remotely. Key responsibilities Verify accuracy of payment postings and resolve discrepancies with payers Manage billing, collections, and adjustments for assigned accounts Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to management Required qualifications 1 year of claims/billing/collections experience, 4 years in a business office, a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with ICD9, CPT4, HCPCS, and medical terminology preferred Familiarity with third-party payer guidelines and reimbursement practices Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop professional relationships
