Key responsibilities Review and process visa applications, ensuring all required documents and information are complete and accurate Enter applicant information into the system while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy Provide professional guidance and support to applicants through phone, email, and online channels Assist applicants by answering inquiries, explaining visa requirements, and ensuring a smooth application experience Support daily operations and administrative tasks related to visa application processing and customer service About you Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Work experience in Customer Service Singapore Resident Able to communicate in English Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately Comfortable interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds Able to learn and adjust fast in a fast environment Benefits 5-day work week 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of annual renewal based on mutual agreement and performance Bereavement leave, extended paid leave, and time-off-in-lieu provided where applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr
