Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and address challenges to maintain quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage change orders efficiently. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols on-site. Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills. Project Manager Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Preferred 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Ability to analyze and resolve complex project challenges efficiently.
