We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our family-owned Skilled Nursing Facility in Cumberland, WI. Position Overview:

As an RN at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will perform the usual nursing duties focused on caring for elderly patients. You will work alongside a great team in a supportive environment, ensuring the highest quality of care and comfort for our residents.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients in a rehab setting
Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Document patient information accurately and timely
Support and educate patients and their families
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

Valid RN license
Experience in elderly care or rehab nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work Day or NOC shifts
Dependable and team-oriented attitude
