Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time Remote (California)

Looking for a fully remote telehealth role with a real salary and real benefits? We're seeking California Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventive care, including Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and preventive health assessments, for patients of a fast-growing national in-home care company.

California applicants must hold an active California Furnishing License AND active Medi-Cal (fee-for-service) enrollment. Please do not apply without both.

Salary: $140,000 to $155,000 per year, W-2.

Requirements:

Licensure: Active, unencumbered California NP licensure with furnishing license and active Medi-Cal (FFS) enrollment. California-only licensure is welcome. Additional state licenses are a plus.

Experience: 1+ year as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. Annual Wellness Visit, Health Risk Assessment, or telehealth experience strongly preferred.

Board Certification: FNP, AGNP, Adult, or Acute Care.

Availability: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Pacific.

Compliance: No Medicare or Medicaid opt-out, and no exclusion from any federal or state healthcare program.
