Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Looking for a fully remote telehealth role with a consistent part-time schedule and real W-2 pay? We're seeking California Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual preventive care, including Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and preventive health assessments, for patients of a fast-growing national in-home care company.

California applicants must hold an active California Furnishing License AND active Medi-Cal (fee-for-service) enrollment. Please do not apply without both.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered California NP licensure with furnishing license and active Medi-Cal (FFS) enrollment. California-only licensure is welcome. Additional state licenses are a plus.
• Experience: 1+ year as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. Annual Wellness Visit, Health Risk Assessment, or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
• Board Certification: FNP, AGNP, Adult, or Acute Care.
• Availability: Minimum two full days per week (16 hours), same days each week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Pacific.
• Compliance: No Medicare or Medicaid opt-out, and no exclusion from any federal or state healthcare program.
