Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Scranton, PA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rheumatology in the Scranton/Harrisburg, PA region to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers. The role focuses on executing territory strategies, leveraging data insights, and improving patient access within a dynamic immunology-focused biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and drive business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer insights and market data
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and business objective execution
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Strong collaborative ability across complex healthcare landscapes
• Deep understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill models
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required; must reside in assigned territory
