Part-Time Collections Specialist
Rockford, TN (100% in office)
$22.00/hour
Temporary Assignment (3-6 Months)
15-20 Hours Per Week
Join a growing manufacturing and distribution company that provides specialized equipment, tools, and products used in the concrete flooring and surface preparation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound collections calls to customers regarding outstanding balances
- Document call activity and account updates in the company system
- Research and review customer account information within the ERP system
- Follow up on past-due accounts and maintain accurate records
Schedule:
- Flexible days
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week
- Preferred calling hours : 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM to accommodate customers across multiple time zones
Qualifications:
- Previous collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or accounting support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and documenting account activity
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
