About Northern Gulf
Northern Gulf (“NGS”) is a renewable fuel logistics and distribution company, focused on aggregating, separating, and selling used-cooking oil (“UCO”) along the Gulf Coast. As the demand for sustainable waste solutions continues to grow, NGS seeks to make a positive impact in the local community and environment. Our business places collection bins at customer locations to collect UCO and grease from cooking and food production operations. Representative customers include restaurants, stadiums, institutions and food manufacturing facilities.

 
The Opportunity  
Northern Gulf is looking for a proven sales professional to own and grow out in the Ft Walton Beach territory . 

 
This is a field-driven outside sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, closing business and developing a market. You’ll work directly with restaurant owners, chefs, general managers, operators and other decision-makers—from individual restaurants to larger multi-location and strategic accounts. 

We’re looking for a self-starter who is comfortable being accountable for activity and results and who wants the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding organization. 

 
What You’ll Do  

• Prospect and close new restaurant, institutional and food-production accounts  
• Build and manage your territory and sales pipeline from initial contact through close  
• Conduct consistent in-person prospecting, site visits and service evaluations  
• Develop relationships with owners, operators, chefs, GMs and other decision-makers  
• Identify larger-volume, multi-location and regional account opportunities  
• Document sales activity, follow-ups and pipeline while working toward established monthly account and UCO-volume targets  

What We’re Looking For  

• Proven outside sales or business-development experience , OR a strong food-and-beverage operating background with demonstrated sales ability  
• Experience as a restaurant GM, chef, operator or proprietor is valued  
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building and closing skills  
• Self-motivated, organized and comfortable managing a territory independently  
• Valid driver’s license  
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 , based on experience 
• Target first-year income: $75,000–$90,000 , based on sales production 
• Performance-based sales incentives 
• Vehicle allowance and fuel card 
• Health insurance after 90 days
