HR Generalist: Build People Ops for a Scrappy Agency

BNO Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to build and manage our people operations as the sole in-house HR resource. You will partner with Finance and an outsourced HR firm to maintain compliance, administer benefits, and support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across multiple states. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a small HR environment, strong knowledge of FMLA, NJLAD, wage & hour laws, and solid experience with Paychex or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr BNO Inc.
