Front of House Manager – Established Neighborhood Tavern  

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our long-standing neighborhood tavern, proudly serving the community for nearly 28 years.  

The ideal candidate must be flexible with scheduling and possess strong experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.  

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:  

- Overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations  

- Managing staff scheduling, training, and development  

- Maintaining high standards of customer service  

- Supervising both FOH and BOH teams  

- Assisting with inventory, ordering, cost controls, specials and menu creation  

- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency  

- Conduct regular staff meetings 

Qualifications:   

- Previous restaurant/bar management experience required  

- Strong leadership and communication skills  

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed  

- Knowledge of food, beverage, cocktails and hospitality operations  

- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
