Project / Program Manager With Veeva Vault CRM Implementation exp

Remote

6+ month contract

The partner is expected to complement Veeva's technical implementation and provide the following capabilities:
Program leadership and PMO Business-process assessment and redesign, including Veeva CRM to Vault CRM transition
Testing, computerized system validation and SOP development, Change management, documentation and regional training/adoption.
Hypercare and integration alignment
Experience with Consent Management, Sample Management, Event/Activity Management and Next Best Action.
GDPR, HIPAA and Japanese APPI data-protection experience in a validated CRM environment
