Tenacious Health and Wellness LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our growing team in Whitehall, OH. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy and counseling services
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
• Connect clients with community resources, support services, and referral networks
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, integrated care delivery

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in the state of Ohio
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience in clinical social work, behavioral health, or a related setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
