Job Description .

We are currently hiring a laborer for our client, a leading Midwest manufacturer of custom case goods, furniture and components for customers in the hospitality, retail, senior living and medical fields. We combine high-tech production methods with Midwestern craftsmanship and innovation.

Includes cabinet assembly, basic light manufacturing duties and packaging finished products. Company training will be provided. Experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials and finished panels for quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Record production data and report any deviations or issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
• Includes cabinet assembly
• Basic light manufacturing duties
• Packaging finished products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Willing to train anyone with some manufacturing experience.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift to 40 lbs.

The base salary range for this position is $18+/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
