People Operations Partner

Supporting the growing US team, the remote People Operations Partner will manage employee inquiries, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and maintain HRIS systems while collaborating with the global People Operations team. Key responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all People Operations for US-based employees Own payroll, reporting, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local and state laws Collaborate across departments to enhance the employee onboarding experience and improve People Operations processes Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration in the US Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP and BambooHR Knowledge of multi-state payroll and benefits administration Understanding of HR Operations practices and legal requirements in the US Experience working remotely and independently on decentralized teams
