- Competitive Pay: $16/hr to start, with raises starting right after training. Regular hours and overtime opportunities during busy season (March - November)
- All Equipment Provided: Use our company vehicles and top-of-the-line tools.
- Variety: Work outdoors on homes, commercial buildings, and more, no two days are the same.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM . Occasional Saturdays as needed. We’re flexible and happy to work with your schedule as long as you’re available for most of these times.
- Assist with power washing and soft washing jobs (training provided)
- Work closely with the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Handle equipment, ladders, and physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, work in all weather)
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- Attitude: Positive, respectful, and willing to learn
- Reliability: We need people who show up, on time, every day
- Work Ethic: Hustle, focus, and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Experience with small engine repair/maintenance is a plus
- No experience in pressure washing or related trades needed, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
