Director of HR, Hospitality Vertical

For our client, we are seeking a Director of HR, Hospitality Vertical to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic people partner to the Hospitality Vertical CEO and senior leadership, helping shape and execute a people strategy that supports business growth. The Director will translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and help leaders navigate talent, performance, and compensation decisions. This position also plays a key role in identifying people-related risks and opportunities while supporting acquisitions and integration activity across a decentralized operating model. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with the Hospitality Vertical CEO to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational structure and leadership effectiveness Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives Identify and address people-related risks and opportunities Lead talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development Oversee performance management and compensation planning processes Lead HR due diligence and integration for acquisitions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally across multiple businesses or regions Experience as a strategic HR partner to CEOs and senior executives Strong background in talent management, succession planning, and organizational design Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence and integration Ability to thrive in a decentralized, entrepreneurial environment Excellent judgment and relationship-building skills Benefits Opportunity to shape the HR strategy for a growing Hospitality Vertical Collaborative work environment with senior leadership Autonomy in decision-making within a decentralized model Engagement in high-impact M&A activities Access to leadership development initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
