Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Facilities Associate with our commercial real estate client in San Mateo, MA. This is a 2-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $21.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule: M-F 8-5 | Onsite

Description:

As a Facilities Associate

• Support daily mailroom operations including sorting, distributing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist in planning and coordinating client meetings, events, and on-site activities to ensure a smooth experience
• Manage and update the CMMS system by creating, tracking, and closing work orders and service requests
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to follow up on ticket status and ensure timely completion
• Provide on-site support during events including room setup, coordination, and issue resolution

Team Overview:

• Report into HM, work hand in hand with engineers

Resource's typical working day:

• Facilities helpdesk, coordination with all meetings and tickets
• Oversee the mailroom a little and help out in the mailroom
• Manage multiple tickets

Must Have Skills:

• CMMS background or experience working in CMMS
• Manage and coordinate

Nice to have skills:

• Some mailroom experience

Education:

• High School Diploma
• Little bit of college would be nice

Software skills:

• MS Office Suite
