Hybrid Absence & Disability Lead, Coordinator II

Northwestern Medicine is seeking an Absence and Disability Coordinator II to manage the Absence Management program at their Chicago campus. This hybrid role allows flexibility with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR/benefits management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical skills.
