Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and sophisticated laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others, strictly following established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen gathering and meticulously prepare samples for evaluation as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining an exemplary quality standard within the laboratory.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, alongside the preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Continuously maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
