Repair Technician

The Repair Technician will be responsible for the electronic troubleshooting and repair of multi-layer PC boards used for electronic pump/current regulators. The role involves using test equipment and performing component-level troubleshooting. Expertise with various test equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to the component level.
• Use test equipment such as DVMs, Calibrators, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Power Analyzers, Frequency Counters, Phase Meters, and computer-based test programs.
• Read and comprehend electronic schematic diagrams and test procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and preventative actions.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment to the component level.
• AAS degree or equivalent in electronics technology.
• Proficiency in both digital and analog circuitry.
• Fluent in English with strong customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of metrology operations.
• Must be a US Citizen to enter government facilities when needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
