Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianTaylor Print & Service Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team in Dallas, TX. In this role you will install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.Your Responsibilities:Observe, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repairs equipment related to printing and converting equipment, parts, electrical, mechanical and other equipment throughout the facility.Ability to set up and operate hand tools, grinders, and other necessary tools and equipment to make and repair presses and component parts. Ability to operate lathes, welders, and milling machines is preferred, but not required.Ability to identify and research items necessary to repair or replace component parts or other related equipment.Performs various preventive maintenance functions on equipment on a scheduled basis in an attempt to maintain equipment and prevent breakdowns.Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. in performing daily responsibilities.Your Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 12-hr shift (alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next week)You Must Have:Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, schematics or other job specific written documents.
