We are seeking an experienced Medical Director Veterinarian (DVM) to lead clinical services in a well-established, growing veterinary hospital in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is a rare opportunity for a veterinarian who values long-term, community-focused medicine, strong relationships, and leading a team by example. This role is perfect for a clinician who wants to shape the culture, standards, and future direction of a respected hospital-while staying closely connected to hands-on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily clinical veterinary services
Develop and refine medical protocols and standards of care
Mentor veterinarians and support staff
Oversee clinical workflows, hospital operations, and performance quality
Support long-term hospital growth and service development
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and best practices
Requirements
DVM or equivalent qualification
5+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong focus on team culture, mentorship, and community veterinary care
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to balance clinical work with leadership responsibilities
Benefits
$140,000 - $180,000 salary (negotiable) + production
