Help develop and motivate team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills. Customer Engagement: Be the go-to expert for product knowledge and recommendations. Deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep people coming back. Operations Management: Lead the team with daily store operations, including inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising. Ensure the store meets Pepper Palace's high standards for appearance and service. Team Collaboration: Work with leadership to foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential areas for improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2-4 years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service. Skills: Exceptional customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail. Keen understanding of key performance indicators and sales enhancement. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Passion: A love for creating memorable customer experiences and driving sales. Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
